Adrian is also very adept in using advance tools, e.g., photography, the internet, online showing scheduler, virtual tour, online feedback stats, Dropbox, and AuthentiSign, all of which made it possible for me and my husband to complete, review, and sign documents electronically without us having to come to Adrian’s office. These tools were especially helpful when I was on business travel while an offer and a counter-offer were being negotiated. Closing on the sale of our home in Albuquerque was stress-free and the timing could not have been better. Adrian worked with Stewart Title Company, the buyer’s agent, and us seamlessly to make sure that every loose end was tied up before our departure for North Carolina. We found Adrian by simply requesting info on a house he was listing, Adrian took a lot of time to assist us in prepping out house for sale, found out we had to wait because of the market. After a few months he reached out and asked if we were still wanting to do it, unfortunately our current house was not ready for sale, but we decided to rent it out and buy a house using Adrian. He went above and beyond what I was expecting, knew the areas we were looking at, gave his advise and recommendation when we asked for them. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process. Adrian made the process of buying my first home incredibly smooth.
